A procurement-ready website for a two-branch scientific supplier

The problem

• Two entities — the Telangana HQ and the Gujarat branch — each with its own GST, MSME and contact desk, to be presented as one group.
• A catalogue of 30+ OEM brands, six product divisions and 35+ institutional clients that keeps growing.
• Quotation requests from research labs, IITs and pharma buyers need to reach the right branch, with GeM compliance up front.
• Brands, events, openings and team updates had to be publishable in-house, without waiting on a developer.

What we built

• Static HTML and Tailwind pages driven by Sanity CMS — brands, products, clients, events, careers and team all editable by the JSS team.
• CMS content resolved into the HTML at build time, so every page loads complete and stays readable even if the CMS is unreachable.
• An RFQ desk on a Cloudflare Pages Function with branch routing, server-side validation and rate limiting.
• Search groundwork: dedicated product landing pages, LocalBusiness and page-level structured data, sitemap, llms.txt and clean redirects.
• Publishing in the CMS rebuilds and redeploys the site automatically — no manual deploy step.
