## The problem

- Weekly reporting eats a full day of copy-paste across spreadsheets.
- Numbers presented to leadership disagree depending on who built the deck.
- No access control: exports containing customer data can be forwarded by anyone.

## How we'd build it

- One operations dashboard with live integrations into billing, support and product analytics.
- A shared metric definition layer so every chart is calculated the same way.
- Role-based access, row-level security and an audit log of who exported what.
- An AMC plan: monitoring, dependency updates and a monthly improvement sprint.
